Billing Change Affecting Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
As of March 1st, we will not be accepting Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield until further notice due to a billing issue. While we diligently work to fix this issue, we will be offering the following self pay rates: $65 for individual sessions and $75 for couples sessions.
